Project Outline
The clients needed a convenient system, which would let them easily manage products, store houses and points of sale, including comprehensive reporting and tracking abilities.
The Solution
The server that hosts the main database is located in the Lourent administration building. Clients’ workstations connect to the main server via the Internet. The data is transmitted in XML format. Each client’s application generates a sales report locally, and a copy of the report is sent to the main database. The reports can be sorted by date/time, store/warehouse and other specific attributes so the admin can quickly access any information.
